Someday is soon

Das Visum ist längst bestätigt, der Rucksack liegt bereit, die Vorfreude steigt. In genau 33 Tagen geht sie also los, die große Reise ans andere Ende der Welt, nach Neuseeland. Kaum hatte ich so langsam begriffen, dass es tatsächlich schon September ist, war der Monat wieder vorbei. Viel Zeit kann man das, was bis zur Abreise bleibt, wirklich nicht nennen. Aber ich freue mich. Ich freue mich darauf, nach 12 Jahren Schule und ein paar "freien" Monaten bald etwas Anderes und ganz Neues zu starten. Und weil ich ja in mindestens jedem zweiten Eintrag hier so gerne über die Zeit schreibe, passt Folgendes auch ganz gut:

Ungefähr ein Jahr ist es inzwischen her, seit meine liebe Freundin & Reisepartnerin Sarah diesen Text via Tumblr mit den Worten "Marie, weißt du woran ich denke?" kommentierte und wir uns gefragt haben, warum denn nicht schon Ende 2013 sein kann. Ja, so schnell geht das :)
